NOTE: Anytime during construction, Builder has the option to substitute product type of equal quality. Builder reserves the right to make changes required by the Town of Groton Building/Zoning without buyer approval.

 

Alterations may be necessary to existing floor plans due to site conditions and/or adherence to WFCM State Hurricane Requirements without buyer approval
